Minister Lolita Gilmore

Lolita Gilmore is a retired Army Combat Veteran with over 21 years of Active Duty, who now serves the community at large as the Executive Director of Teach Them To Love (T3L) Outreach Life Center for Victims of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Sex Trafficking and Substance Abuse. She also serves the area as an Adjunct Professor in the Central Texas College (CTC) Mental Health Department, LCSW-A, LCDC and a nationally certified Victim Advocate with over 10 years of advocacy services. She holds a Masters in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University; Masters of Social Work with Edinboro University, and a Bachelors in Health Science Services through Trident University of Cypress California. Lolita is seeking her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with North Central University.

As a licensed Minister and certified Clinical Christian Counselor, Lolita’s value system and spiritual beliefs are reflected in the community services provided through her work with T3L Outreach Ministries, Bell County Adult Probation Drug Court, The Nolanville Economic Board of Development and the cities of Killeen and Harker Height Chamber of Commerce, CASA board member, the StarGroup Vetereans Organization, the Lion’s Club, the CTC Mental Health Advisory board, TAMUCT’s Social Work Advisory Board and as a published author on issues surrounding family systems: “A Simple Leaf”.
